It is likely that you may be eligible to access a Mental Health Care Plan from your General Practitioner, which would enable you to receive a Medicare Rebate of $98.95 to per session.
You must have a valid Mental Health Care Plan prior to your initial consultation to qualify for the rebate. Medicare rebates are generally granted for 10 sessions per calendar year. Please discuss this with your General Practitioner prior to referral.
